On July 21, 2026, Tata AIA conducted a career counselling and recruitment drive for B.Ed. Semester IV students. The session focused on orienting and selecting candidates for the role of Supervisor (Team Leader) where selected candidates will lead teams of interns and sales executives.
In the preliminary Orientation session
the facilitators introduced Tata AIA’s career opportunities and explained how B.Ed. leadership skills directly align with corporate management. They highlighted how modern teacher training—guided by NCTE standards and NEP 2020 equips students with transferrable competencies in team facilitation, communication, mentorship, and strategic planning.
Following the orientation, an interactive one -on- one interview round was held for interested participants. The resource persons evaluated candidates on their personal preferences, professional goals, and team leadership potential derived from their pedagogical training.
The session helped students explore leadership roles beyond traditional teaching. The final list of shortlisted candidates for the Supervisor position will be shared with the college placement cell following evaluation.
