The sports day celebration at Kamala Devi Sohanraj Singhvi Jain College of Education took place on 11th January 2024 with great enthusiasm and participation from the students and faculty members. The event aimed to promote physical fitness, teamwork, and a sense of camaraderie among the college community.
The schedule included a variety of sports and games, both indoor and outdoor, catering to different interests and skill levels. The indoor games included table tennis, chess and carrom while outdoor events consisted of 100 meters flat race (female), 100 meters flat race (male), relay race, badminton mixed double, badminton single and hit the wicket.
One notable aspect of the sports day celebration was the active involvement of the college community. Faculty and staff members participated in various events, like walking race and relay race, fostering a sense of unity and encouraging students to embrace a holistic approach to education.
The event was a great success and it not only showcased the athletic talents of the college but also emphasized the importance of a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
